If you have recently contacted the council on any matter we would be grateful if you would take the time to complete our customer satisfaction survey. It will take you about three minutes to complete.

Why are we gathering this information

Using the data, which is anonymous and therefore confidential, we will work to improve any areas that need attention and we will be able to see, by comparing the results over the year, how we are doing.

Questions 1 to 4 are about your recent contact with us. Questions 5 and 6 are about your view of Surrey County Council overall.
