Feature Story: Residents views welcomed on Film studio expansion
Shepperton Studios Liaison Group was formed as a channel through which the studios could consult with the community on key elements of the studio's expansion, including impact on traffic and local infrastructure.
The expansion will create new stages, offices, workshops, car parking as well as an additional access point from Shepperton Road.
The first meeting of the Shepperton Studios Community Liaison Group took place in March and will meet every other month. Membership includes residents' associations and local councillors along with representatives of Shepperton Studios and their contractors. Officers from Surrey Highways and the Environment Agency are also invited to contribute their expertise.
