This survey is for children and young people share their experiences of emotional wellbeing and mental health services over the past year. This survey is a Young Inspector's project where young people review services to improve them.

If you have accessed more than one of the services in the last 12 months, you will need to complete this survey once per service.

You will receive a £15 Love2Shop voucher for completing the survey fully and in detail!

A front door to Surrey County Council services for children, provides residents and people who work with children in Surrey with direct information, advice and guidance about where and how to find the appropriate support for children and families.

C-SPA is available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
