We always want to improve the information available on our website. If you feel there is something missing, or you cannot find what you were looking for, tell us by using was the page helpful widget at the bottom of every page or contact us.

Recent improvements made to the Local Offer
Improvements made after feedback from Accept, Teach, Listen, Access, Support (ATLAS)
ATLAS recently spent some time reviewing our Young People’s section and shared some really detailed and helpful feedback. As a team, we’ve taken a close look at their suggestions and have summarised the actions we’ve taken so far.
It needs to be sectioned better, the subpages, instead of having it all in one big block. It’s just too much information.
Feedback about the structure of the Young People’s section
Action taken – We have redesigned young people's section landing page and broken up the sections into subpages as suggested.
Members suggested clearer formatting and grouping of topics—e.g. finance, school, employment, community connections, transport, and post-18 support.

Action taken – We incorporated most of these suggestions into the redesign. Following ATLAS’s recommendations, we also added new sections on volunteering, physical health, and mental health. We hope to further develop sections on employment and youth offending, which were also highlighted in their feedback.
It would be good to include information about Aubin here.
Feedback about the Travel Assistance and Transport page
Action taken – We’ve added information about Aubin to the page, including the video produced by the User Voice team.
It’s hard to find out what schools are supposed to offer, especially if you’re going into a mainstream environment, there should be an easy way to find out.
Feedback about the annual reviews page
Action taken - We have sent through a draft page called Support for children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) at mainstream for comment from ATLAS.
It would be helpful to have some video or easy-read guides on how to use the website.
We’d like to create more videos for the Local Offer. We will request that a video explaining the Local Offer is added to this section.
Annual feedback about the Local Offer
We will publish your anonymous feedback on a yearly basis, along with what we did to fix any problems you raised.
