Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is a patient-led charity that delivers palliative and end of life care to people who have advanced life-limiting illnesses living in North west Surrey.
Over 70% of our care is delivered in the community allowing people with life-limiting conditions the opportunity to stay living in their own home or in their care or nursing home.
