Description
Richmond Fellowship’s East Surrey Community Connections service provides support to individual’s aged 16+, living in Surrey, who would like support with their mental health and wellbeing.
Our Community Links Advisor can work with you on a one-to-one basis providing information, advice and guidance and informal short term support as required.
