Description
Sessions are for those experiencing mild depression, anxiety or social isolation.
Experience the therapuetic benefits of nature in the beautiful surroundings of the therapy garden.
Each session consists of social time with refreshments and horticultural activites.
Sessions take place on the third Wednesday of each month, between 10am - 12pm and cost £10.
