Description
The North Guildford Food Bank is a charity that provides help to those in the Guildford area who are in food crisis. The team is also help with signposting to other useful services and aid those in fuel crisis, who are on prepayment meters, with energy vouchers from their partner, The Fuel Bank Foundation.
The team are able deliver to clients who are medically housebound due to mental or physical health and have a team of volunteer drivers who arrange this. In order to receive a food parcel from the food bank, a referral is needed from a local agency such as Guildford Borough Council, Home School Link Workers or Citizens Advice to mention a few.
