DHC offers free NHS Talking Therapies in Surrey. This is a confidential service to help with common mental health problems. Available to adults aged 17 plus who are registered with a Surrey GP. You can self-refer or ask your GP to refer you.
Various locations in Surrey. Virtual therapies are also available.
