Description
CSH Surrey provides NHS community nursing and therapy services for adults living in northwest Surrey. These include home-based services such as district nursing as well as a wide range of community services in GP surgeries, schools, community health centres, community clinics and community hospitals within northwest Surrey.
In addition, CSH Surrey, as part of a partnership, provides all of the NHS children's community health services for the whole of Surrey.
