Early Years Parent Survey
Surrey County Council have created a short online survey to help understand the experiences of families with children between 0 to 5 years in accessing childcare and applying for and using the funded childcare entitlements.
Whether your child is a baby, toddler or getting ready for school, you may be able to get funded hours or financial support.
The government funds childcare from 9 months to 4 years old.
