Purchasing terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern all purchases of goods, works and services with Surrey County Council (SCC) and your relationship as a supplier to the council. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

All our purchase orders are covered by our terms and conditions shown on this page. Our orders refer to this web page.

Supply of goods, works or services under a valid SCC purchase order constitutes your acceptance to these conditions.

Terms and conditions for residential care, residential care with nursing, supported living service, community opportunities and short breaks services.

If the purchase relates to the above Adult Social Care (ASC) services you are obliged to read and acknowledge the council's terms and conditions. These conditions replace all current versions and will be effective on all new pertinent spot orders and contracts placed on or after 1 July 2013.

Terms and conditions for Home Based Care Awarded Provider Status Services

Terms and conditions for Home Based Care (HBC) provided through the Awarded Provider Status approved list.

If the purchase relates to the above Adult Social Care (ASC) services you are obliged to read and acknowledge the council's terms and conditions. These conditions replace all current versions and will be effective on all new HBC packages of care placed from 1 October 2017. These files are included at the bottom of this page.
