About Surrey Parenting Education and Support - SPES
SPES is a multi-agency led service, this means that we work with other organisations in the county to provide help and advice to parents.
SPES co-ordinates and carries out a wide range of educational and supportive measures to help parents understand and positively influence children’s and young people's health, development and behaviour.
SPES provides information, advice and consultancy to practitioners so that they can support parents and carers in Surrey.
SPES reflects the spirit of the UN Convention on the rights of the child (1989) and works within the legal framework of the Children Act 2004.
