Surrey County Councillors

You can look up the details of your County Councillor, by name or electoral division, find out which council committees they sit on, and the political party they belong to. It also includes a map showing the political composition of the county.

Surrey County Council is composed of 80 councillors elected every four years.

County Councillors:

  • listen to people in Surrey and represent their views;
  • promote County Council engagement with all citizens and groups;
  • are active community leaders and promote social, economic and environmental well-being and sustainability;
  • support access to County Council services;
  • participate actively in the process for determining priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring value for money;
  • promote continuous improvement in service delivery; and
  • engage constructively with officers in delivering Council objectives.
