The Runnymede Centre, once a school, now provides office accommodation for approximately 200 staff. It is bright and airy but of an older style design.
There are three floors with conventionally styled offices (not open plan) and with a full restaurant service.
There are six large training rooms and conference facilities which can accommodate up to 180 people. These are available for internal and public hire and the price includes all normal conference facilities. Refreshments throughout the day can also be provided.
The Meads is also located on this site.

The Runnymede Centre is situated between Chertsey and Addlestone, very close to Junction 11 on the M25. Leave the M25 at Junction 11 and turn onto the A317 (St Peter's Way) heading towards Addlestone and Chertsey. At the next roundabout, turn left onto Chertsey Road, where the Runnymede Centre is situated, about 50 to 60 yards along on the right-hand side. There is a signposted gap through the central reservation to allow a right-turn into the Runnymede Centre. Please be aware of the parking restrictions, detailed below, which apply on this site.
In order to help ensure that the Runnymede Centre site remains safe and manageable, a system of parking enforcement has now been implemented.
The Runnymede Centre now has 2 areas of red-delineated parking bays - 30 bays in the rear car park and 6 bays at the front of the centre. 2 of the bays at the front of the Runnymede Centre are 20-minute bays, and are for staff who wish to load or unload their cars or for use as drop off bays. The other 4 bays at the front and the 30 bays in the rear car park are for permit holders only. The permits for these bays are issued by Reception on a daily basis, and are for visitors who have a particular need for a parking space. The bays in the rear car park, delineated in white, are still available to all staff and visitors, but please be aware that a penalty will be issued for 'out of bay' parking, so please ensure that you park within the lines of your chosen bay. A penalty will also be issued to any vehicle that is parked on the grass, any vehicle deemed to be causing an obstruction or to any vehicle parked in a red delineated bay without an appropriate permit.
The Runnymede Centre is now only served directly by Bus Route 51, which operates an hourly service between Brooklands (Tesco/M&S) and Staines Bus Station. Buses towards Staines stop in Chertsey Road and Eastworth Road, and buses towards Brooklands stop in Chertsey Road, right outside the Runnymede Centre.
