Please note: The Runnymede Centre will reopen from Monday 10th March 2014, for training, meetings and hot desk only
The Runnymede Centre, once a school, now provides office accommodation for approximately 200 staff. It is bright and airy but of an older style design.
There are three floors with conventionally styled offices (not open plan) and with a full restaurant service.
There are six large training rooms and conference facilities which can accommodate up to 180 people. These are available for internal and public hire and the price includes all normal conference facilities. Refreshments throughout the day can also be provided.
The Meads is also located on this site.

Here is a location map for this building.
Opening times for staff access: 7.30am - 9pm Monday to Friday.
Opening times for the public: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
The Runnymede Centre is situated between Chertsey and Addlestone, close to Junction 11 on the M25. Leave the M25 at Junction 11 and turn onto the A317 (St Peter's Way) heading towards Addlestone and Chertsey. At the next roundabout, turn left onto Chertsey Road, where the Runnymede Centre is situated, about 50 to 60 yards along on the right-hand side. There is a signposted gap through the central reservation to allow a right-turn into the Runnymede Centre. Please be aware of the parking restrictions, detailed below, which apply on this site.
Please note: There is a reduced number of parking spaces currently available at the Runnymede Centre due to maintenance being carried out in this area. Please use the overflow car park where possible.
To ensure the site remains safe and manageable during this time, a system of parking enforcements will be implemented, as below:
Parking bays marked red: 30 bays in the rear car park are for Runnymede Centre staff permit holders only. Permits for these bays are issued by Reception on a daily basis. These permits can only be used at Runnymede. Parking in this area without a permit will incur a penalty.
Two red bays, at the front of Runnymede, have been marked as 20 minute bays for staff on short stays and those needing to load or unload their cars.
The remaining four red bays have been marked for visitors with special requirements. Permits must be obtained from Reception to use these bays.
Parking bays marked white: Bays in the rear car park are available to all staff and visitors. Please park carefully as penalties will be issued for taking up more than one bay. Penalties will also apply to vehicles parked on the grass, and any vehicle causing a clear obstruction to the passage of other vehicles.
Due to heavy usage of the Runnymede Centre car park, it has been necessary to put in place the provision for an overflow car park. With effect from Monday 6 January 2014, those attending training courses at Runnymede Centre will need to go directly to the overflow car park. If you are at Runnymede Centre for any other purpose and find the car park full, please make your way to the overflow car park.
The overflow car park is located at Abbey Rangers Football Club, Addlestone Moor, Addlestonemoor, Surrey. For those using a satellite navigation system, please use postcode KT15 2QH. The overflow car park is open between 8:30am and 6pm. The gates are locked after this time. Cars should park only in the bays marked white. Please walk to the Runnymede Centre via the roadway, and not across the field. The car park is approximately 0.3 miles from the Runnymede Centre, and walking time is approximately five minutes.
The Runnymede Centre is now only served directly by Bus Route 51, which operates an hourly service between Brooklands (Tesco/M&S) and Staines Bus Station. Buses towards Staines stop in Chertsey Road and Eastworth Road, and buses towards Brooklands stop in Chertsey Road, right outside the Runnymede Centre.
