It is always good to know when we have got things right. Your compliments highlight areas of good practice and acknowledge the hard work of our staff. This then helps us to improve our services further still. There are a number of ways that you can send us your compliments about our services:
We work hard to deliver high-quality services, but from time to time things may go wrong or we may not meet your expectations. We welcome complaints as the opportunity to put things right and improve our performance. We deal with all complaints in confidence unless, by law, we have to protect you or other people from harm. Please take a moment to find out how to make your complaint.
Some services within the council have different complaints procedures and these are listed below but otherwise you will need to make a general complaint.
You can submit E-petitions to Surrey County Council or your local district or borough council online. You can also view and support existing petitions created by other people.
