We answer the telephone between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. If we are busy responding to another enquirer or you ring outside of these times, you will be able to leave us a message. We will aim to return your call within one working day.
We also aim to respond to your on-line enquiries within one working day.
If you are interested in step parent adoption or inter country adoption or are a relative seeking the adoption of a child already living with you who was not placed by social services, please phone direct on 08000 96 96 26.
