There are two stages to the assessment process. The first is an initial assessment which will determine your eligibility to apply for our services. If you are eligible, you and your family would be referred for a further assessment to find out what your needs are and if we can help you.
Please Note: We can only help those families who are most in need but if we can't help, then we will try to refer you to another source of help and support.
To request an assessment of your child's social care needs, please contact Children's Services or fill in our online form - please note that it may take up to five working days for a response to an online form.
