"Ten county councillors and ten borough councillors, multi-party members working together as a team, say they can make a lot of difference. They're there specifically to deal with local issues, and they have a designated team of support officers, based locally, to help them.
"The combined county and borough team is working with parish councils, voluntary and community groups, schools, businesses and the Police, right across the Guildford borough area.
"There's a small budget available, which wisely spent and focussed on specific issues, can make a lot of difference.
