The Surrey Transport Plan is the county's third Local Transport Plan (LTP). It is a statutory document. The Plan comprises sections on the vision and objectives, problems and challenges, strategies, indicators and targets and statutory assessments.
The STP Introduction document describes our approach to the consultation, preparation and presentation of the STP. Also available is a statement summarising how environmental considerations have been taken into account in the development of the published Surrey Transport Plan.
