The indicators and targets set out in this section have been developed as part of each transport strategy. This section brings all the indicators and targets together in one place and demonstrates how they measure progress against the four high level objectives of the Surrey Transport Plan; effective, reliable, safe and sustainable transport.
This document also includes evidence to show how all the STP indicators and targets are SMART - that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-based - and describes the planned monitoring arrangements.
