Dangerous structures

You must ensure that structures on your land, which border the highway, are safe and in good repair.

Broken or loose roof tiles, bulging brickwork, leaning walls and unsecured gutters and down pipes, can be a risk to the public. These are only a few examples of potentially hazardous items.
