You can apply or renew by post, however we would recommend applying for a blue badge online as this process now includes paying online and is the quickest option. You can first check your eligibility
Alternatively, you can obtain an application form from any Surrey County Council library or a Helpshop if you are unable to get a form from them you can request a form directly from our contact centre.
If you live in any of the following boroughs or districts you will need to contact the appropriate local authority for their application forms and the links to these are listed below.
You can download, print and complete the attached Blue Badge application form and send it to us in the post, with the necessary items if this is the most appropriate method for you.
