'Getting around' is an introduction to safe cycling on the road for young people and adults, including guidance for adults out with children.

It is a booklet written by cyclists for cyclists of all abilities from beginners upward, and it contains the essential guidance to becoming a safe on-road cyclist. The Contact Centre can supply you with a copy of the booklet or you can download it from the bottom of this page.
