Our membership scheme has been specially designed to make it easy for schools, groups and professionals to hire from us. Membership delivers a range of discounts and benefits and is a great way of supporting the Wardrobe. For more information see our becoming a member section below.

Friends

Our new friends scheme was launched January 2012. The friends scheme has been designed to make it even easier for individual customers who regularly hire a few items from us throughout the year to hire from us. The Friends scheme delivers a great discount and the benefit of being exempt from the minimum spend. For more information on how to join contact us directly.

Becoming a member

Becoming a member is simple, see below for more detailed information, then download one of the application forms:

Membership offers benefits specifically tailored to support groups. Membership is aimed at schools, amateur dramatics groups, stage schools, freelance designers, and other professional companies. You can become a member for an annual fee of just £45.00 if you are based within Surrey County or £65.00 if you are based out of Surrey County.

Membership entitles you to the following benefits:

• Two membership cards
• 15% discount off all hire charges
• No deposit fees
• Be invoiced for costumes hired rather than having to pay on collection
• Free fitting week
• Additional payment options
• No minimum spend per hire
• Discounted rates for workshops and events
• Receive newsletters, information and special offers first

Please read the terms and conditions of membership that are on the form and the general Wardrobe terms and conditions of hire. Complete all appropriate sections on the form and sign to say you agree with all of the terms and conditions.

You can bring the form into the Surrey Arts Wardrobe and pay in person or send the form, along with a cheque for the appropriate amount made payable to Surrey County Council to the address below:
