How to submit information for the schools bulletin

How can I submit an article for the bulletin?

You can complete the submission form and send it to the schools bulletin inbox by email: schoolsbulletin@surreycc.gov.uk. Please aim to send your information to the inbox by 4pm the Friday before the bulletin is distributed on the following Wednesday.

How will my information be used and edited?

The Children, Schools and Families Directorate communications team manages the publications of the Schools Bulletin. This includes writing articles and editing information that is submitted for inclusion. The bulletin needs to be in plain English and as a result will adhere to the council's house style. Please make a note of any statutory information that must be included in your submission.

When will my article be published?

The schools bulletin is distributed every Wednesday during term time. We aim to publish all information the week it is submitted. However is there is significant demand or your entry was very late in the week we will then look to publish remaining items the following week.

How can I read the bulletin?

The new schools bulletin will be published on the Surrey County Council website or you can subscribe by request to schoolsbulletin@surreycc.gov.uk.
