Physical and Sensory Support (PSS) uses specialist knowledge to support pre-school and school age children and young people with physical, hearing or vision impairment throughout their education. We also provide support for their parents or carers, and their teachers and education support staff. We work with other professionals, for example, health workers and voluntary organisations.

If you are a parent or carer and you are concerned about how your child's education is being affected by their vision or hearing impairment or physical disability, please speak to your child's teacher or Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator who will then be able to refer your child to us if they are eligible for our support.
