There are two types of exclusion from school: one is for a fixed period, the other is permanent. Each of these is subject to a particular set of procedures.
If your child is permanently excluded from school, the Surrey Alternative Learning Programme (SALP) team may provide teaching support for him/her whilst an alternative full time school placement is considered. For more information, contact the Contact Centre on 03456 009 009.
