Family Learning FL1 process for quality assurance and funding

Project proposal approved
- Finalise the start date
- Send course data form to Adult and Community Learning (ACL) to release 60% of the funding
- Recruit families for the programme
Start programme
- Adult learners should complete enrolment forms
- Tutor should agree learning goals with the adult learners
During programme
- Register should be marked each week
End of programme
- Learners and the tutor should sign the learning goals form
- Learners complete the questionnaire
- Tutor completes the evaluation form
Send the following to ACL:
On receipt of all the documentation, we will release the final 40% of funding to the school.
