People Management Pathways

When you complete a People Management Pathway, it will be recognised with a certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

There are eight integrated modules offered as two development pathways. There is an additional core module for both pathways: Enhancing Leadership Capability which must be completed once, irrespective of which development pathway you select.
