Books may be borrowed for up to 3 weeks. Videos, DVDs, CDs, and CD-ROMs are issued for 1 week. For more information on other borrowing matters, read our Borrowing Items page.

If you have your library card number and PIN, you can check your personal details, including how many items you have on loan.
Books held by any Surrey library can be requested at your local library or by using the on-line catalogue. If we do not have a particular book in Surrey, we can usually obtain a copy of the book you want from a library service outside Surrey.
A charge is made for requesting books.

If you are 70 years old, or over, please let the staff know as no fines or administrative charges are made.
