Recycling bank sites sometimes also known as 'recycling centres' or 'bring sites', are set up and managed by the local borough and district councils. They are generally located at sites which are used on a day-to-day basis by the public eg car parks at supermarkets, near schools and train stations. They are for recycling materials that arise in the home.
