Fly tipping
What is fly tipping?
All waste materials which are deposited without prior approval on public or private land is known as fly tipping. The removal of fly tipped material on any public land including highway verges etc is the responsibility of the local District Council.
If you have seen any fly tipping, which appears to be on public land, would you please report it to the appropriate District Council for that location, using the contact details below, or report it on-line here.
Waste material which has been fly tipped on private land is the responsibility of the land owner to arrange for disposal.
