Are you reporting an emergency situation?

We define an emergency as a hazard that is an immediate threat to life or limb.  If you want to report a highway emergency or you are unsure please do not report it online, ring our Contact Centre on 0300 200 1003.

Tracking the progress of a highways problem reported online

If you were given a reference number that starts with MG when you reported a highways problem online, you may be able to track the progress of your report using our online tracking system. For progress of reports that do not have an MG reference number, please see Highways information reporting to find out about our timescales for responding to your report.
