The new information, advice and guidance offer from Services for Young People

The way of delivering youth services in Surrey has totally changed over the past three years to make sure young people receive an improved service. This means the way careers advice and guidance is delivered to young people has also changed to make sure all young people in Surrey are participating in education, training or employment.

Now, young people can access these services through the youth engagement service, which provides access to high quality, interactive information about education, training and careers. Young people will be best placed to make the right decisions to suit their needs and ambitions.

Services for Young People has commissioned U-Explore to deliver this part of the youth offer. U-Explore will:

• provide free, independent, online careers and education advice and guidance
• work with schools, communities and families to support young people to access U-Explore and get ahead
• inspire young people to plan their next move using interactive tools, maps, videos and more on U-Explore.
