Business Advice and Compliance Team

Responsible for providing business advice and managing the Home Authority Principle, Buy With Confidence scheme and Eat Out Eat Well.

Investigations and Enforcement Team

Responsible for investigating complaints that have criminal element, for example investigating cars for sale with deliberately altered mileage.

Policy and Operations Team

Providing legal, intelligence and specialist support for Trading Standards, plus recovering money after convictions.
