Corporate Leadership Team

A team of Strategic Directors brings together services under six directorates. The organisational chart shows the structure of the senior leadership teams.

The Corporate Leadership Team comprises:

In support of this, the Team will:
  • Provide corporate leadership and strategic direction to ensure that Surrey County Council becomes an outstanding community leader and delivers excellent services to the public.
  • Share responsibility for the Council's performance and be jointly accountable for it.
  • Provide collective advice and support to the Cabinet and support the effective operation of other Member activity.
  • Build the capacity and skills of the council to ensure it can deliver its strategic priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and harness the skills and commitment of staff and partners in support of the councils priorities.
