Surrey County Council has developed a Trainers' guidance to assist all contracted training providers. The information has been provided by a wide range of professionals from the training team within Surrey County Council. This document will be updated twice a year (January and July) if any changes or updates have been identified.
The Trainers' guidance provides up to date information about Surrey County Council and our STARS (Stretching Talent and Raising Skills) training programme. Along with what we are aiming for our staff to achieve in a cost efficient way, and information for training delivery.
